Developing the New Nervous System

May 29, 2025 by Keiko Niwa

Developing the new nervous system is an extreme sport. There have been moments when I’ve questioned whether or not my body could withstand it. It’s also the greatest thing one can do to be here in full autonomy and in a state of perpetual newness. It changes your tangible experience here like nothing else can.

I just got back from a 2 week long adventure to England and Germany with many of you reading this. We saw Gaia off at the Glastonbury Tor and then we created a fluid container to explore ourselves as the prisms of light. It was intensive at the human level and there were so many potentially sticky situations involved in traveling alone overseas with 3 bags that were literally my weight in camera equipment.

I was also there to work doing something I’d never done before (videography) and had to coordinate all the many details that go into that.

Throughout it all I had the capacity to be fully present with everyone and was functioning at a high level without getting fully energy depleted.

The way I was able to do all of this was through this new nervous system that I’ve cultivated for years.

It’s literally a self generating new energy motion in my body of consciousness.

A flow that puts creation and destruction on autopilot so that I’m not adding karma to this world already laden with so much mental and emotional pollution and that allows me to remain in the vertical as I act in this world.

In potentially high stress situations where the mind wants to dwell in “problems”, energy can easily be depleted but I’m actually generating it as I act because when your in your new nervous system you are taking steps through old creations instead of listening to an identity negotiating how to make itself feel better at all times.

It’s the sensation of living at that zero point.

When you start tapping into a reservoir that isn’t finite and you keep that aperture open, you self generate energy as you’re acting because the act comes from a universal consciousness.

Life is not running through a consciousness identified with the small mind and emotions. It all goes to the spine directly so there is no or very little delay .

The energy doesn’t stay circling in holding patterns.

Instead it has access to its source at all times.

Energy and consciousness can work together as one.

In this state you aren’t leaving residue on this planet, you are always cleaning up your own mess in real time and in essence taking all of creation with you.

So how does this all work at the practical level?

When we look at everything within and begin to understand what’s what the voice of the identity starts to get really small.

At first its loud and we think that’s who we are. You know, the one who wants this or doesn't want that. That voice with strong opinions and likes and dislikes. When we distance ourselves from that voice it starts to become a tinny far away part of you. You hear it but it’s not in charge anymore.

That’s when a flip occurs. The true You is now running the show as the boss.

All of this gets clear as we get the hang of commanding the energy. As we do what we know is more true to ourselves we override the small voice that just wants to hide or run or control or whatever.

This is how we begin to really tap into our creational intelligence. We look at whats going on in the mental and emotional bodies so much that we know what is temporary and what is always there.

We can then access the instantaneous wisdom without the delay that creates karmic sludge.

We no longer need to experience and then die and bring that lifetime to wisdom later, that’s the old way. Now it all goes directly to awareness itself as the act is occurring simultaneously.

There is no need for a motivation to act, you simple act because you’re in your joy.

Only an identity needs a motivation to act.

So all of this is so active. We can’t cultivate any of this passively. We have to go beyond that identity with ferocity at times.

I was showing Nancy in Germany my katana samurai move to cut down that small voice that tries to intervene. Sometimes it takes that level of NO. Especially with persistent parts that are really sticky. We have to actively create new grooves, new neural networks to get this new nervous system functioning.

Every time we create these new grooves or passageways through slaying our inner demons, seeing our sticky bullshit for what it is,  recognizing our persistent stories, noticing the old beliefs, etc., we are cultivating our new nervous system.

It’s that simple.

These seemingly small acts within ourselves create a very tangible new experience expression.

An existence that does not pollute this planet through mental and emotional indulgence.

We can walk light here in this way.

We can generate our own energy without having to feed and take from outside. We can be here fully involved with all of life, feeling all of the flow without letting it linger to long in fixed ways. We can be here more present than ever.

It just takes some getting used to.

We have to get used to the tension of stepping through old mental loops. We get so used to the intensity that it just becomes a low grade persistent hum in our hearts.

It becomes our greatest friend and ally, keeping us at that precipice of creation and destruction at all times.

This is truly when things get fun. This is when we feel the freedom to choose whatever we want to choose.

We just have to get out of the self-imposed prisons first then it all gets clear.

We have to realize that the one wielding the mind is not a fixed identity but a much grander intelligence who is your true Self. An unfathomable mystery that is very felt as you give space and observe the mind for what it is. It’s in that very pause, in that in-between, where we get the sensation of a grander truth behind it all and it all unfolds naturally from there.

Cultivating the new nervous system has made the potential I was made aware of back in 2021 a reality. I got a glimpse of what life feels like free from fixed identity creations. It was a couple weeks of complete bliss.

This article is a peek into how I got there.

Implications of Going from Allowing to Commanding

March 18, 2025 by Keiko Niwa

To stop feeling like a puppet on a string you have to know that there is something manipulating you.

If something triggers you into acting in ways you really don't want to it’s a good sign you are acting from an outdated program.

We all have the tools to change these programs for ourselves.

We do this through looking at them for what they really are. We are used to putting blinders on or pushing things away that we don't like. Maybe that’s a program too…..?

If we stop the madness by first allowing everything to just be there as it is we can then move into a more advanced action step that actually works to end the suffering and so much more.

In other words, when the identity who gate keeps what’s good and what’s bad or that automatically believes that every thought and feeling is real and true, is no longer the one in control, we begin to look at what’s arising instead of reacting to it.

When we look without reacting on autopilot we are allowing. It’s a form of surrender. We are putting ourselves in a position that is receptive to change. This is very important.

It opens doors, it creates a willingness within you for something else.

Just that simple (and repetitive) switch completely changes what can come next because an entire field of possibilities was just revealed to you whether you know it or not.

A whole field of something new became your new landscape to create with.

When we get the hang of this we can take it further and this step is where the gold is because it puts YOU in control of your body of consciousness. Not the identity but the real you, the one who can truly create.

So in this next step we are going from allowing to commanding.

The first step was passive, it made you an observer. It opened that field up which is crucial. The next step is an active one.

For me this step is usually met with discomfort. It’s one thing to be standing at the precipice of expanded awareness and it’s something else entirely to actively step out into it again and again.

This is the  action that needs to take place within us in order to be creators and create real and lasting change.

It’s what creates new realities, puts an end to the feeling that you have no control over your energy and ultimately I feel it is what brings the body along into the Absolute.

So in my experience a big part of taking steps out of patterns beyond the ability to recognize them, which is so important, is to face the discomfort and unworthiness.

These seem to go hand in hand.

The way I see it, the discomfort comes from the creative tension of interrupting neurotransmitters at the synapses in order to lay new track in uncharted territory and the unworthiness comes from stepping into a grander version of yourself.

For example, I got used to using wine as a crutch to relax and feel better. I became aware of what I was doing, and I allowed the awareness to seep in around that. I slowly backed away from that vice because if I had just stopped cold turkey at the time I would have just grabbed onto something else to make myself feel better because I had not done the work to look within for what I actually need.

This is a pattern I’ve had throughout this lifetime. I smoked pot for years and gave it up and had a void to fill. I filled it with alcohol. I smoked cigarettes for 10 years and I quit but I had a void to fill and so I filled it with extreme sports or travel adventures.  Always looking and looking for meaning, fulfillment and purpose out there on the surface.

The pattern just jumps from one crutch to the next. So no real change, right?

The real change came in when I first allowed the awareness of what was going on by using time and space to pause before acting on the pattern so that my Gnost and consciousness could swirl into those synapses interrupting the immediate gratification this body was used to getting.

This opened up doors to more. Then the creative tension of this interruption is felt in the body as my consciousness is now in command of the energy. And I am also standing in the higher mind watching the Atlantean designed mind making demands to feel better and the emotional body having a fit. It’s a mess and everything is in chaos and something is beginning to change fundamentally. It’s all there.

There’s a key to all this though that is a big one.

As you stop acting to feel better and instead the act comes in as a motion towards God, eventually, a new way of communicating begins to appear.

If you are not actively reaching towards your Gnost to make connections that you aren't  aware of yet because it’s a potential you can not see,  then you are vulnerable to falling back into the pattern.

So you have to take conscious control of the space that you just created. Otherwise cause and effect will begin to take over again as it does in this reality.

If cause and effect take over, then you will begin to recreate a finite experience again.

The neurotransmitters in the firing synopsis will find adjacent cells to reconnect to because they are designed to do that.

If this occurs without a stable sense of your chitta, your higher mind which is accessed when you feel into your entire body of consciousness simultaneously, the connection can go no further then to the cells directly next to it which is extremely limiting.

Instead you can look to your Gnost to make the connections in the dark matter, the plasma of your entire universe.

It can connect anywhere and everywhere to create the greatest outcomes for the bigger picture of who you are.

This kind of leap into the higher mind triggers unworthiness in my experience.

It can trigger this, not to stop you from exploring uncharted territory but as an indication that you are really going beyond who you think you are and into more of who you really are.

It’s there to be stepped through, to see it for what it is and to walk one step at a time right through.

It’s likely coming from a part of you that put self imposed limitations on from trauma, keeping it looping in the illusion.. We all have lifetimes where we forgot what’s real and what’s illusion. These parts of us all need to come home and we need to feel what they feel to end the cycles and let those stories expand out into something new.

The way out of that limitation is to feel the unworthiness and keep going anyway.

To let your consciousness take command of your energy not the other way around. If the energy took command in that moment you would just return to patterned loops and old stories to temporarily feel better until you needed to feel better again. The old suffering pattern that we all know so well.

We need to show our bodies a new way to communicate.

Think about the current nervous system. It’s composed of neurons that communicate information through neurotransmitters or hormones. This nervous system was created from something that already existed but was engineered for the experience of separation. This nervous system is what creates the reality that we all experience here.

If we took away all the linear cause effect relationships in our bodies we would cease to exist here. It would be too much for the body to handle because that’s all it knows as existence itself. The body is a product of the earth, of this relative reality.

So the body is really the thing that needs to acclimate to the Absolute. It needs to happen gradually. It feels to me like a slow atrophy of the hormones our bodies are used to communicating with being replaced by a new communication “hormone” which isn't really new, its just something we haven't had access to in a long time.

I feel like this is where Gnost will and does enter into the equation . Our innate knowingness is how we communicate between cells, between parts and pieces of our selves.

Gnost is the neurotransmitter in the new nervous system.

Gnost isn’t new but when we allow it to swirl into this bodies nervous system the body goes new and can adapt to a reality with different parameters, different rules.

I feel that learning to command the energy is what prepares my body to adapt to the absolute and ultimately to be able to come with us, with our consciousness wherever we may go.
