Flow State

I just had a day in total flow state. 

No thoughts, no separation. A unified experience expression in a vertical Now.

This is what freedom feels like.

It’s not a pulling away from life, it’s a complete state of uninterrupted flow of all my energy.

This is a similar state that artists and extreme sport people strive for. It’s a feeling brought on by such an acute intensity of focus. In extreme sports people are enduring conditions which requires that their minds and bodies be fully engaged with their task. All moving in the same direction towards the same goal.

Meditation on Chita has the same felt effect at a larger scale. It can unify the mind and body with the beyond. It creates such an inner intensity that we generate a similar sensation without the need for the physical extremes. 

And the wave length we are vibing with is not an outside goal to attain but an inner sensation of the I Exist. Something that never wavers but is a constant we can always be aligned with. It can be a way of life.

When you can acutely be in the vertical all action that comes from you is coming from a state beyond the individual and therefore is not motivated by a singular agenda in any way.

The vertical Now does not just contain an individual now moment, it actually contains every moment past and present that ever was and ever will be.

You become the multiply singular and so all of you is here. 

It is so wide open, and yet it’s occurring through a seemingly singular individual from an outside point of view.

In reality that individual is experiencing the All, the Chita without separation but with total unification of a singular communications network.

The third nervous system is engaged and all there is is seeing, hearing, walking, cooking, driving. There is no one to separate out from the experience and expression.

A flow state unobscured by a “me”.

The third nervous system does not look back or project ahead, it is intensely involved with only what is which is an expanded consciousness.

It is a transcendental state.

Everything is God and you are God. It’s not just intellectual, it’s a merging with the field of knowingness, of the mind of Light and it’s experienced tangibly.

A vertical Now that only knows compassion because nothing is excluded here. When we open to this state we know action beyond pattern. And we can’t bypass anything here. We look because it is here to be looked at.

When we really feel our smallness in this universe we can sense the grander intelligence all around us. We can admit our limited understanding of this world and what we think we know.

I can look at the bird outside and realize that I don't really know what that is.

That realization has a profound effect on our experience of life.

It puts us in the let go. It has a devotional feeling to it, a stepping back from being the knower. This act alone is so profound. Simple and life changing. It’s heart opening too. It really helps you to feel how held you are and have always been.

There is an acknowledgment that there is an intelligence so much greater then you and you also realize that it is you.

Acknowledging that you are a speck of dust is not demeaning it’s incredible and liberating. It makes you curious about life again, it brings up so much self inquiry and opens so many doors. 

It actually creates a scenario for you to touch the divine dimensions because it generates the subtle energy to be able to have flow-state like experiences.  

We have to generate the energy through self awareness practices. The components of life need to be purified and redirected towards God so that we can know these higher consciousness states.

And as we live from this vertical Now we can access all of it. 

We are here at every layer and layers are accessed when we let go of our need to be singular. This little part doesn't have to be the knower when there are other parts that are much better at it. And since I’m in the vertical I can experience those parts too.

It’s so simple and so satisfying as we get the hang of New Energy dynamics. As we move away from separation and step into multiplicity we can experience and express from every layer of self without having to leave the physical body.

The third circle of creation is available with and as and through this very vehicle. 

The Third Option

I walked out into a lavender field, tea in hand, watching the ground squirrels and magpie’s scurry around.

I’m staying at an airbnb on a lavender farm in California’s beautiful Santa Barbara county. It feels so different out here then it does back on the east coast, it’s slower, calmer.  I can fall into meditation so much easier here. Maybe it’s the lavender…

As I walk I could feel my mind start to churn. It starts to do the self-conscious thing. It says, “the neighbors are watching me, what do they think? Am I acting right? Do I seem to fit in?” …you know the drill.

What is self-conscious thinking anyway? I ask Google, it tells me it’s to do with self-judgement.

I ask myself, “Who is the self that this voice is judging?”

Does it make sense to judge a character in a play?

There it is. A door. I got the question right.

The door opens. I expand. The entire universe is within. Samadhi.

A stark contrast from the mental gymnastics of a mind that lives in perception land of a fake self.

When there is a me and the other there is that sense of being less than whole. There is a sense that you’re missing something and that whatever you’re missing is out there to find.

I seek outwardly to fill in the other half, to close that loop so I can feel whole.

Or “other people” need me to fill in the other half of their missing piece so we can complete the loop.

There is a third option.

We know time to be a measurable construct. We use clocks to measure it, we use the sun and moon as indicators of what time of day it is. Time is chronological.

When we access a third way, time takes on a qualitative state, a state that is observable and sensed but can’t be measured. It’s beyond definition, beyond the ability of time and space based tools to measure.

When I open to the third state of being beyond the automatic response mechanisms of archetypal relationships that my nervous system is programmed to react to, a new option opens up into the defined state.

There is a quality to this observable moment. It doesn't come from this world we all live in.

It isn't coming from an outside source.

It’s an inner opening that permeates into this world.

It’s coming from somewhere else that is not of this world.

It’s always there and it’s always up to me to ask the right questions for the door to appear, if I’ve strayed away from this ever present qualitative state of the vertical.

A sensory playground that is available right here and now as I walk this earth.

It’s the ability to access heaven through the tension of opposites. Through the tension of the parts that want to do what they have always done in order to find solid ground.

Going beyond those patterns seems scary but when really looked at are only scary from the perspective of that particular piece stuck in the pattern.

Another transient piece of phenomena to let flow by.

Then the nervous system learns a new way to react that does not follow definite patterns but rather instead stops and looks at the one who’s in charge like a doting puppy taking direction from it’s master.

It’s not actually scary it’s just new. There may not be a known path but the trust in the one in charge is so solid we are happy to relax and let go of the wheel.

The karma of what was gets released in this dance. When the vertical light enters into the middle of linear measurable rhythms all possibilities open up. What was only one way no longer makes sense when the spotlight widens to encompass the entire painting.

All the potentials are there and that no longer feels scary or unfamiliar, it begins to feel like home, like the only place you want to be. You feel what love really is and it’s show stopping.

I am God, also, is felt and known in every cell.

You know that this is real. That everything your heart has called for is here. Separation was never real.

The world that felt so other is now all occurring within you.

You know that the qualitative sensation of this third option is the bases for all experience and expressions.

The boring rhythms you were used to, that made life feel dull and endlessly the same change as a more true rhythm is sensed below and makes its way up to the surface as all the waves amplify in coherence with the rhythm of Gnost.

I turn the volume up right here and coast.
