Compression and Release

When it’s time for something new our consciousness takes big leaps that are experienced beyond time and space and within it.

These leaps move a perceived center out from its position in order to experience reality in a new way, in a more real way.

Beyond time and space these leaps into a new potential show you in sensation what it feels like to reorient around a new center that is not mired down by identity.

But how do we experience these leaps in a more lasting tangible way in our bodies and with a mind that can understand?

Creative tension is the sensation of energy and consciousness reuniting. It creates a new nervous system that can handle knowing oneself as the Absolute rather than as a singular human moving through time and space. A nervous system that does not look outside and see “other” but that senses everything within it.

When the mind comes along to realize what is illusion and what is real it understands that the tension that is felt during these transitions is creation itself.

It is what creation of new energy feels like in the body.

It is how the macro commands the micro. It is the sensation of the dissolution of barriers. It is a communication telling you what needs to be seen through the eyes of awareness. It is the very indication that you are acting not from a person who thinks she is separate but from the very space that is dissolving separation all together.

It is the sensation of alchemy and it feels like fire in the body.

From this space we can and do command the energy to come home. The soul delivers the energy to consciousness and you command that energy to merge back with the one and only thing it is actually seeking.

You know that merging is what’s needed. So you look at what is presenting and you inquiry into it. You lean into it.

You command it in this way, from that space of awareness. This is how perceived centers flee their comfortable and dug in positions.

Awareness notices what’s going on. It sees the perception and so the energy must move. It can no longer remain operating in the same way because it’s been discovered.

This is how quantum changes occur. They are reality shattering at times and can feel like the very earth below your feet gave way. The old patterns are exposed.

But the real you knows that it is the tension before the expansion. It is what will bring about a grander view, an integrated experience of the collapse between borders of self.

What the mind once thought was real begins to change and the more your true will commands energy to return home the capacity for your nervous system to be able to handle the Absolute increases and the more your mind can comprehend.

Life lives itself through you freely and integrated.

Creative tension gets us there. It is the very thing that indicates that we are in a state of becoming. That we are not stagnant and slowly decaying as we hold onto positions but that we are in motion, moving out and in like the conscious breath.

It ensures that the illusion does not hold you stagnant in any one position so that we are always self generating our own infinite energy.

*Inspired by the Frank Lloyd Wright home commission called Falling Water, which I visited last week near Pittsburgh, PA. A stunning example of integration, compression and release.

Priming the Body

June 24, 2024 by Keiko Niwa

Once I realized how important this body is I started to reorient around the way I have been living in it or not living in it.

Seems like half the battle was getting back into it. Parts who really don't want to be here put up a fight and I had to rewire all of those loops. I could hear all the reasons why “I don't want to” over and over again but I know from a deeper place that that is exactly what we are doing.

There was a lot of programming around not having to put any effort into self realization, meaning the human can’t do it, which is true, but what comes after that is a whole other ballgame which requires a dedicated awareness practice or else there can be a lot of suffering.

The bliss of realization felt like a glimpse into a potential of what life could feel and be like.  But what I didn't know at the time was that in order to have the lasting experience I would need to let go of what I thought and believed living was.

I could not move on in the same way.

Divine Will makes sure of that. (Thank God)

Re-writing all the programming through noticing it all is the discipline when diving into the mental body. It’s kind of an epic task when you realize how much you’ve been unaware of.

And then there is the physical part. The body was neglected, abandoned, hated. And yet the more I sit and feel into it the more I realize that everything is within it.

And if I want to maximize the experience here I must notice and become aware of the mechanisms at play in my body of consciousness in order to comprehend what is going on so that I can access more layers in the subtle realms.

If consciousness is telling me I need to mediate or let something go and I do not listen or can not hear I will suffer for it.

Curiosity allows me to stay open and not dismiss what arises in the habitual way that the identity does.

There is so much I don’t know.

I need to learn the language. I need to slowly rediscover through the only way I can, by connecting with the part that Knows.

The trick is getting our instrument so primed to be so sensitive to the subtlest frequency.

We are very used to the course waves that thunder through our day to day lives.

So as we sit in the silence and shed the resistance we start to return to something we already know so well but just forgot.

We forgot how absolutely exquisite it is to just bathe in the subtle body. To let everything be and to know yourself as God also.

The physical contains it all. It contains the very potential we seek. We can not get it anywhere else.

This is an experiential motion towards God.

The individual mind makes moves on a horizontal trajectory, using wants and desires to make its way through the mind of God.

Gnost isn't linear. It doesn't move from linear cell to linear cell. It is multidimensional and in total communication with every part of itself without the need for linearity.

It knows without having to be told what to do.

It feels like bliss because it’s not being pushed around to fulfill a persons agenda, instead its dancing and singing to a tune more natural than what we can perceive in the old ways.

It’s up to each of us to tune in, to refine our bodies and our minds.

This is why we came here, its not about experiencing Maya in the same way we have been or trying to change it with personal desires, it’s to find our own return to Life.

We are here to resurrect the truth about who we are, to allow that truth to permeate through every cell.

To dispel all of the illusions, including the illusion of death. We don't die and resurrect, we are resurrected as Life itself.
